No Room at the Inn

We had planned to offer the next Womens Power Summit on October 4 in Atlanta. But sometimes things don’t go as planned.

First there was the hotel issue. Seems that the largest room available would not accommodate our smallest crowd. So we couldn’t have it at the hotel where we had sleeping rooms reserved and other activities arranged.

Then there were the area hotels. But none of them in that area of town had an opening for a meeting room on that day. (Hey, Atlanta ladies - check the calendars for October 4 - apparently there’s lots going on in Atlanta that day!)

Finally, that all combined with my learning that I’ll have surgery in August. And since the primary promotion for the event would have been during my recovery period - well, again, it just didn’t make sense.

So, we have cancelled the October 4 date for Womens Power Summit. We DO plan to offer it in April, 2008. So watch for the date announced here!
